It is a clean, well maintained, family, and community oriented complex. The staff could not be better.

I would tell them that the staff is very nice, that the people keep to theirself for the most part and that this is the safest apartment I have lived in so far. If you ever need maintenance they are there within 15-30 minutes at the most. Everyone here does their job and is great at what they do. The staff will help you in any way that they can.

I really love where I live

I love Northbrook. It is the safest place I have ever lived and I can say that I will be here for a while. It is quiet except for my neighbors above me having sex at 1am.

I love my apartment at Northbrook and the friendly staff! The clubhouse is beautiful and the landscaping is always well maintained! My apartment is roomy and the maintenance staff is always very efficient! I with the air conditioning system was better in my apartment! In the summer my apartment never cools!!
